SRUC has partnered with NatureScot to curate two free online events for businesses.  The first ‘Working with Nature – building a sustainable business around nature’ is for businesses interested in making the most of the increased consumer interest in nature & wild foods and is on Tuesday 12 September 2-3.30pm.  The second ‘Wild Food Themes – an insight into the world of wild and foraged foods’ is an event for food & drink businesses keen to innovate and explore opportunities to use wild & foraged ingredients and is on Thursday 14 September 2-3.30pm.  These webinars are free and available to anyone so please do sign up or share the details with your networks.  You can sign up for these webinars by following the link on the Foraging Fortnight website
