Sample “A Taste of Angus” at one of your favourite venues during Angus’ week-long festival, from 4 to 11 November, celebrating our local larder, talented food & drink industry and amazing bars, restaurants & cafes!

Throughout the week, venues will be offering exclusive events such as tastings, dinners, and workshops. Innovators from the food and drink sector will sharing the stories of how some of our Angus staples came to be.

A Taste of Angus Food & Drink Festival will run from Saturday 4th to Saturday 11th November at venues throughout Angus.

Enjoy a free, fun and educational evening of taste testing pies and drinks

Come for a taster session of Redcastle’s gin or rum making experience

A celebration of cookery books, recipes and local food.

From favourite recipes and well worn books, to visual feast for the eyes. Bring along your go to recipes, listen to food adventure stories and pick up some handy tips. Our venue is a heritage railway carriage. We will have plenty time for a blether and a cuppie, there will be some tasty local treats too! The event is free to attend.

Newton Farm Taste & Tour event

We invite you to join us for an award winning farm tour followed by a unique taste experience of our farm with a grazing board in The Cart Shed, our new food experience area. This special event is offered during the Taste of Angus Festival on a buy 1 get 1 free offer.
